What's Stopping You?

Working out requires time, motivation, strength, energy and commitment. When people ask me where do I workout and what is my fitness routine, I tell them the truth. The streets of NYC, Central Park, my apartment are all my gyms.

I really do not have excuse - no membership, no problem. So if you need inspiration, please ask me. Let's all get a little uncomfortable and find our inner strength and motivation together. Let's help each other get fit and healthy. 

My Fitness Routine:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Cardio
3 to 5 miles run (depending on my mood and energy.) 

Tuesdays and Thursdays: Full Body Blast
Jump rope for 3 minutes - plank for 1 minute. Jump rope for 3 minutes - 30 squats. Jump rope for 3 minutes - 30 side lunges (15 each leg.) Rest for one minute. Jump rope for 3 minutes - 30 push ups. Jump rope for 3 minutes - 30 high knees. Jump rope for 3 minutes - 30 kick backs. Repeat two more times (any or all variations.) 

Fridays and Saturdays
:
Pilates and Yoga Combination Routine
Core workout: One minute plank, one minute right side plank and one minute left side plank. 50 bicycle crunches (25 each side), 30 leg raises, and 30 V sit ups.
Yoga: Sun Salutations 3 times. 
Pilates: 30 Plié squats. 15 tricep dips. 15 side leg lifts.
Repeat two more times (any or all variations.)

Sunday:
Rest Day!
